i don't think they had downtown edmonton in mind when they said, "take nothing but pictures, leave nothing but footprints".

Urk. I'm with shelleyt. There are so many beautiful things I remember about my puppyhood in Alberta ... few of 'em having to do with dingy urban 'XXX's

I did go for a beautiful run along the river, but I didn't take my camera for that.

Other than the Shaw Convention Centre, I really didn't see so much of the city. Too bad, that./>/>
