Swings

A down day today, swinging a little low after a very good week. Lots of writing, friends, fresh air and endorphins. But still, today. I feel wrung out. More tired than my 8 hours of sleep last night should have left me.

However, I will pick myself up, dress myself up and take myself out for good times with a good chunk of Team Some Street, to celebrate Venus Envy at the Xtra Hero Awards, and then to possibly shake my can at the Snowblower opening party.

Though we'll see about that last part. I've given myself a permission slip to be in bed before midnight.

If, before hitting the club, faking the fun has not turned into making the fun, I will skip paying cover and slide under mine. Because I'm cool like that, I'm cool like that, and I'm cool like that.
